Manny brings over two decades of expertise in commercial insurance and client service. Since joining Financial Guaranty Insurance Brokers in 2003, Manny has been dedicated to meeting clients’ daily needs and delivering tailored risk management solutions.
Before joining FGIB, Manny served as an Account Executive in the Construction Division at Near North Insurance Brokerage, where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial accounts and led the department’s marketing efforts for contractors. This role provided him with extensive experience working with local insurance carriers and specialized coverages.
Manny is a licensed Property & Casualty broker and holds multiple professional designations, including Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS).
Beyond his insurance career, Manny earned a Master of Divinity from Westminster Seminary California and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Psychology from UCLA. He is also an ordained minister through the Presbyterian Church in America.
Joseph started his insurance career with Financial Guaranty Insurance Brokers (FGIB) in 2000. Shortly after, he was responsible for the agency’s Lender Force Placed Insurance and Surety Bond programs. By 2010, he was managing executive accounts and later appointed Vice President. His focus and dedication to financial institutions has helped place FGIB as an elite insurance brokerage for community banks. Mr. Zamora was born and raised in Southern California (San Gabrel Valley), where he still resides with his wife and 2 children. When the family is not traveling to compete at Softball/Baseball tournaments, Joseph enjoys music and mountain biking.
